All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.


Please note: Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, such as new product releases or holiday sales.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates



Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.


Estimated delivery times:


  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by region)



Please note that these are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking



Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.





4. 

International Shipping



We offer international shipping to most countries. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.





5. 

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages



We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@stevemaggiora.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and any relevant photos or documentation, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Undeliverable Packages & Incorrect Addresses



Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we may offer to reship it at the customer’s expense.
